Directors are volunteers who function as the governing body of the Academy.

The members of the governing body have an open line of communication. They work closely to ensure that all of the academy’s constituents know and understand the mission.
Decision Making
Our Members and Board of Directors are respectful of our students’ racial, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds when making decisions.
Collaboration with the Leadership Team
Our Board of Directors work closely with the academy’s leadership team to provide a Catholic education with strong Christian formation that promotes individual academic excellence and ensures the future success of all students.
Chairperson: Jorge De Jesus
Lead representative of the Board of Directors, responsible for the management of the Academy.
Vice Chairperson: Celina A. Cham
Assists the chairperson in carrying out the management of the Academy.
Treasurer: Elda R. Peralta
Responsible for the financial matters of the Academy and for a true and accurate accounting of all financial transactions.
Secretary: Iraida A. Bodre-Woods
Responsible for recording meeting minutes and updating members on results of past events/experiences for students, parents and teachers.
